Having worked on road shows and conferences for the health and interior ministries in London as well as managing the budget and crucial elements of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin, Willeke takes a multidisciplinary approach to managing his clients’ exhibit programs throughout the world.

“Once again, we expanded von Hagen Design internationally using the best people in the industry.  We were eager to have Andreas Willeke join our team, knowing that he has helped to produce a myriad of global projects ranging from film production to world-class brand experiences for exhibitors on several continents.  He is a perfect fit to help expand our service into London,” said Axel von Hagen, founder, von Hagen Design.

Educated at the Universität der Künste Berlin, Willeke earned a master’s degree in Communication Science.  Previously, Willeke worked for leading firms, including Evonik Industries AG, Kalle Krause GmbH, Frameworks City Limited and more.  He is a native German speaker and fluently speaks English.

Working from Düsseldorf, Germany, Kirill Pavlosky is an international sales executive at von Hagen Design. Specializing in international sales and project management at von Hagen Design, Pavlosky helps to bridge the gap for American exhibitors seeking to expand their market share in Russia and Eastern Europe.

“The addition of Kirill Pavlosky to our team gives von Hagen Design a competitive edge,” added von Hagen. “Exhibitors want increased access to trade fairs in Russia’s growing economy and the emerging markets of Eastern Europe.  Kirill is an expert at helping Americans exhibit and produce events in this part of the world and has been doing so successfully for over a decade.

For more than 10 years, Pavlosky has helped Americans exhibit and produce events in Russia, and the former Soviet Union, as well as helped Russian exhibitors enter new markets around the world. In his many years of experience, he has managed exhibit and event programs for various businesses types, spanning from airports and museums to real estate and magazines.

Prior to joining the company, Pavlosky was CEO at EXPOPROJECT LLC; special events director at DNK-Media; the head of the department of Intelligence and In-formation at EXPO-PARK EXHIBITION PROJECTS; and the exhibition manager at TABURET Magazine.

A graduate of the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Pavlosky is a native Russian speaker, speaks English and is rapidly learning German.
