VDA Productions, a provider of 3D marketing experiences and design solutions that bring brands to life, implemented organizational and leadership changes.
The agency determined that the existing portfolio of services needed further vertical support. The organization and leadership changes support the agency’s current growth strategies by sustaining market momentum, building a strong innovation pipeline and driving productivity improvements through stronger vertical integration across the services portfolio.
“I have full confidence in the ability of this leadership team to successfully manage the many opportunities that are present in the industry today and to continue identifying new ways of growing the business in the years ahead,” stated David G. Breen, principal designer and founder, VDA Productions.
The following individuals have been named to new position:
Meghan R. Welborn takes on the role of senior director of marketing, focusing on marketing campaigns and continued brand growth across multiple platforms. Welborn will be developing an even stronger marketing presence, with continued support and input from all departments across the agency.
Claire Kinzler steps into the role of director of sales, focusing client retention, expansion, diversification and overall revenue growth. Keying off the strategies developed over the past few years, she will continue to explore partnerships and relationships with existing clients, and develop opportunities for an expanded client base.
Kim Gallagher, sales intern for summer 2014, has accepted a full-time position as sales coordinator. She will support the entire sales team’s efforts. Gallagher will be integral to the success of sales goals, specifically by assisting with and maintaining client relations.
Jennifer Crawford Ashburn will be re-joining the sales team on Sept. 15. She is a previous employee of VDA, having worked as a sales account executive.
