IMN Solutions and Orchid Event Solutions (OES) formed IMN Event Solutions, LLC. Offering housing and registration services under the integrated IMN Solutions brand, IMN Event Solutions’ formation was announced by both companies on Oct. 15 at IMEX America.
“This new entity was a natural progression for both companies,” said Jack Sammis, CEO, IMN Solutions. “OES has been our housing and registration service provider for the past 10 years, and as we looked to create more value for our current and future clients, moving our organization to this integrated solution was the right step. OES has a proven reputation providing extraordinary service to bridge the technology gap for housing, and their registration product is truly one of the best in the business.”
IMN Solutions is a full-service organization and association management company that specializes in meeting management solutions, which includes, site research, contract negotiations, tradeshow and conference management, housing and registration, and marketing. It currently provides services to more than 100 associations, corporate and religious clients. The company books more than one million room nights per year, generating more than $150 million in room revenue.
Over the past five years, OES has become the dominant third-party user of the Passkey room block management tool GroupMAX ME. The company has processed more than 1 million attendees through its proprietary registration software, making OES one of the fastest growing full-service housing and registration companies based in North America.
“To date, much of our growth has been attributable to word of mouth,” said Cliff Doner, COO, Orchid Event Solutions. “Through IMN Event Solutions, the IMN Solutions sales force will be a powerful component in the continued growth strategy of OES.”
The IMN Event Solutions business unit that provides housing and registration services will be located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and IMN Event Solutions will eventually add additional sales and service staff to this office.
