TS², Total Solutions Marketing for the Exhibit and Event Professional, announced recently that it has amended its non-exhibiting supplier registration policy for the 2010 show, taking place in Boston, July 13-15.
Effective immediately, non-exhibiting suppliers have the following registration options:
1. Expo-Only (Non-Exhibiting Supplier) = $50 and includes access to the TS² exhibit hall and networking functions, including the Welcome to Boston Block Party and the TS² Mash-Up Mixer.
2. Non-Exhibiting Supplier Full Conference Registration = $695 and includes access to the entire conference program (July 13-15), plus the exhibit hall and networking functions, including the Welcome to Boston Block Party and the TS² Mash-Up Mixer.
“This policy amendment comes in direct response to discussions held recently with exhibit and event industry suppliers,” said Chris Harar, TS² Show Director. “We recognize that TS² is more than an event, it’s a community. And it’s important for that community to have a cost-effective way to gather face-to-face.”
TS² continues to stand by industry-wide best practices prohibiting suitcasing and outboarding, however, they recognize the initial plan to take a stronger position against these practices did not fully consider the needs or reason why non-exhibiting suppliers attend TS².
In addition to the two-day expo (July 14-15), TS² will feature a three-day conference (July 13-15) designed to provide exhibit and event marketing professionals with the most efficient, cost-effective education available.
