SpotMe promotes executive to global role

SpotMe, a mobile event app provider, announced a new leader. The company promoted Christian Saucedo as global CEO.

“We see events as launching points for transformative experiences, driven by meaningful collaboration. To get there, companies need to ask the right questions to accomplish their objectives. We work with clients to make sure those objectives are realized. Our event app fosters meaningful participation that truly shapes an event, making it more actionable and memorable,” said Saucedo. “SpotMe being a part of that equation energizes me, and I’m honored to lead a company that makes these kinds of events a reality.”

The announced leadership changes are a proactive response to market shifts as more companies begin to utilize applications to support company-sponsored events, reinforcing the need for continued innovation to make events dynamic and actionable, with clear outcomes for ROI.

As the company considers growth strategies, Saucedo’s vision and demonstrated success in establishing a strong SpotMe presence in the U.S. will deliver results and leadership globally. Already a leader in EMEA, SpotMe looks to expand in APAC and beyond.

With over 15 years of experience in event consulting and design, Saucedo’s knowledge and passion will support alignment across international operations.

Under his leadership as SpotMe CEO – Americas, domestic revenue tripled, and the team has grown from four employees to now 20, with offices in Chicago, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. His oversight signals a commitment to a strong business discipline and communication across regions while continuing to reflect the passion and teamwork innate to SpotMe’s company culture.

Future plans for the company include self-service application use as demand grows for a la carte event technology with robust functionality and a customizable range of features.
