Shepard adds six employees in key exhibition cities

The expertise of the Shepard team strengthened over the past three months with the addition of six new associates—spread throughout our Atlanta, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Orlando branches. Three National Sales Managers were appointed: Margaux Epsy Pollock, Clark Adkins, and Trey Harvey.

Previously, Pollock managed the fundraising and sponsorship program for the Delta Flight Museum, a non-profit, world-class attraction that offers engaging exhibits and interactive programming. Adkins joins us fresh from Berry College where he received his BS in Marketing while serving in several leadership roles throughout the campus. Harvey grew up in the trade show industry and spent the past few years in a fast-paced business-to-business sales position. All three associates bring valuable skills and a fresh energy to the team.

Leah Polke fills an Account Manager role based in Las Vegas. Polke transitioned over from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a luxury resort property, where she assisted with convention floor and property operations. She is accustomed to working in large venues with established brands and is known for being hands-on and innovative.

Joining us from Millennium Technology Group, Tashiyanna Green is the newest Project Manager based out of the Orlando office. With years of developing and overseeing group business contracts in the event space, and an impeccable reputation for customer service, this position will play nicely with her skill set.

Joining Shepard this past week, Teresa McCarthy took an Account Executive position in our Phoenix office. McCarthy brings 8 years of event/tradeshow experience and a background in marketing and business; she will bring great value to the team.

“I am pleased with our new hires. Shepard is in a steady growth mode, but we maintain our commitment to only bring on talent that upholds our high standards of customer service and this group does just that,” said Carl Mitchell, CEO, “Customer service is what sets us apart from our competitors and adding talented people like these will continue to help us better serve our clients.”

Making the move to Shepard has been a great decision,” said Pollock, “I worked with Shepard in my previous role, so that, combined with the helpful and welcoming culture, has made this an easy transition. I dove right into action and look forward to developing and building relationships with our accounts.”

Shepard has seen big growth over the past few years and hopes to continue the pattern and expand the staff further in 2015 and beyond.
