As a leader at RES, Fantauzzi has taken on increasing roles targeted towards strategic growth, capability and profitability. According to RES Executive Vice President Don Johnson, “She leads with conviction, and applies a broad-view approach to business matters as a “big picture” thinker, while always having the foresight to see the long-term implications of effective business planning and strategy.”

She brings to the table a diverse background in manufacturing, software and insurance; all of which she calls upon in her current role. She joined RES looking for an industry that would provide challenge, opportunity and change. Within her first year, she was connecting people with their careers, connecting RES with industry affiliations and re-instating the Northeast EDPA chapter leading it to national recognition.

Fantauzzi’s involvement has been recognized both nationally and locally and last year she was nominated for an Executive of the Year award and in 2016 she was the recipient of the Innovative Solutions award for business.

She is currently a frequent contributor in industry meetings, roundtables and educational forums surrounding the exhibit industry and is committed to looking for professionals who are interested in careers in a dynamic and changing industry. Whether it is talking to a new graduate at a college around the country or talented individuals looking for a career change, Fantauzzi is always willing to take the time to discuss, listen and promote the exhibit industry.

Growing up with a family who lived by serving people,”Service Above Self” is a motto Fantauzzi lives by. Johnson says, “She has introduced RES to charitable organizations that support our community such as the Catholic Family Charities’ new citizen program where we have hired employees from Nepal, Bhutan, Cuba, Ethiopia and Sudan–providing new citizens an opportunity to join the working ranks of the world and fulfill our desire to reach out to the communities in need. In addition, she has connected us in the local community with efforts for Thanksgiving appeal, embarked on the Warrior Salute program to hire veterans, and has served as a board member of the Ronald McDonald House. When she retires, you will likely find her overseas, and giving back to the world as her parents have taught her over the years.”

In her spare time, you will catch her watching baseball–professional, local or watching her son. She has a passion for this industry and baseball, recently joining her local community baseball board, gaining her the nickname of the “commish.” All the while, never giving up the opportunity to sell the industry at all those baseball games. She is also an active Roberts Wesleyan alumni, executive volunteer and adjunct instructor and holds a Master of Science in strategic leadership and a Bachelor of Science in organizational management from Roberts Wesleyan College.

The vast, influential relationships she built over the years strengthened her solid reputation among her colleagues. Fantauzzi’s important contributions throughout her career are a testament to her drive and passion for effecting positive change. Says Johnson, “Her energy and commitment is second to none and she leaves her mark on the people fortunate enough to work and spend time with her.”
