Orbus and it’s employees are committed to helping conserve natural resources and keep any toxins out of a land fill.

The Orbus Exhibit and Display Group, one of North America’s leading trade suppliers of display, exhibit and event solutions, announced on March 3 in Bolingbrook Ill. that its environmental management system fulfilled the requirements of ISO standard 14001:2004 for green certification.

The Orbus Exhibit and Display Group is one of the first portable modular tradeshow manufacturers and suppliers in North America to achieve such certification.

With worldwide growing concerns regarding the living environment, ISO 14001: 2004 is recognized as an organization’s high-level commitment to environmental protection. The ISO 14001:2004 standard is primarily concerned with the approach of environmental management.

“At the Orbus Exhibit and Display Group, we strive to minimize our impact to the environment through companywide care in the design, manufacture, storage and distribution of our exhibit products and services,” said Giles Douglas, president and CEO of the Orbus Exhibit and Display Group. “Orbus is one of the first companies in our industry to achieve ISO 14001. We recognize that the world’s natural resources are limited and fragile, and we consider environmental protection to be consistent with our overall goals and Orbus’ core company values.”

The Orbus Exhibit and Display Group is a market-leading privately owned group of companies that specialize in the manufacture and trade only supply of portable modular and custom modular exhibit and display, products, graphics and solutions.
