NexxtShow improves customer service with texting and QR codes

NexxtShow recently announced the successful launch of its texting and QR code service, which debuted at AudiologyNOW! 2012.

NexxtShow brought a new level of customer service and technology to the event by using a texting service with all exhibitors.  To announce this new service, signs and flyers were placed throughout the venue.  QR codes were also incorporated, enabling the exhibitors to quickly scan their personal exhibitor assistant’s contact information into their smartphone. They could then text from anywhere on the show floor and their service representative would visit their booth within minutes to address any needs.


nextshow-logo-web“Since most people are familiar with the texting process, this service was very well received by exhibitors,” said Sheri Ryder, chief information officer for Nexxtshow. “The NexxtShow team is committed to bringing personalized service out onto the show floor.  Our customers should not be spending their valuable time waiting at a service desk to get the support they need. This service is reflective of our commitment.”

AudiologyNOW! took place March 28-31, 2012 in Boston, Mass., at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The event is the world’s largest gathering of audiologists.

“The primary reason that we went with NexxtShow was because of the people.  They are forward thinking and as a boutique company they are very customer focused and make sure every need is met,” said Cheryl Kreider Carey, executive director for the American Academy of Audiology. “NexxtShow is unique because of the innovation that they bring to our show.  Their service desk is disseminated throughout our exhibit hall so our exhibitors are treated hands on and every need is met. There is no need to seek out a service desk in the back of the hall. NexxtShow will come directly to their booth.”

AudiologyNOW! 2013 will take place in Anaheim, CA, on April 3-6, 2013.
