Moss Inc. acquires German supplier Marx+Moschner

Continuing its strategic growth, Moss Inc. acquired Marx+Moschner, a leading European environmental branding supplier headquartered in Lennestadt, Germany.

“This acquisition quickly expands our brand and face-to-face marketing capabilities into a new market, and allows us to meet our clients’ needs in Europe. There is growing demand from our retail and exhibition customers to provide Moss’ high-quality products and services worldwide,” said Dan Patterson, CEO, Moss.

With quality recognized across Europe, Marx+Moschner provides a wide range of standard and custom branding solutions for interior and exterior use, including a versatile line of silicone edge graphic (SEG) frames and custom printed large format fabric panels, custom tradeshow exhibit components for European stand builders, lightboxes, and bannerstands. The organization has been committed to implementing the latest production technologies and software making them a leader in efficiency, reliability, logistics management and customer service.

Maik Raute, who has held the position of managing director at Marx+Moschner, will continue as managing director of Moss operations in Germany, leading European operations and driving future growth.
