Boogie NightsAn Opening Celebration on the iconic Boardwalk, insight from industry experts and a keynote address from seven-time Olympic medalist Shannon Miller will be featured

Meetings Quest will deliver highly specialized programming when it is held in Atlantic City, New Jersey, March 14–15 at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa. Hosted by Meet AC and presented by Association News, Meetings Quest is the nation’s longest-running series of educational and networking events for association, corporate, government and religious meeting planners.

On March 14, the Meetings Quest Opening Celebration will take place on the city’s iconic Boardwalk at the lively Boogie Nights nightclub, located in the heart of the Tropicana Casino & Resort Atlantic City. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a buffet dinner before dancing the night away underneath the glittering disco ball to the magic of the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s music scene.

On March 15, Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian and Meet AC President and CEO Jim Wood will welcome attendees to Meetings Quest. The event will continue with a full morning of educational programming. Darrell Gehrt of CrowdCompass by Cvent, Kathy Armistead Olen of Atticus Brand Partners, Josh Randle of the Miss America Organization and John Wentzell of Spectra will provide unique insights into maximizing every aspect of the attendee experience. In addition, a session on crisis management and event security will feature Steven Hacker, author of the monthly “Association Doctor” column for Association News and the former president of the International Association of Exhibitions & Events.

The morning will conclude with an inspirational keynote address from seven-time Olympic medalist Shannon Miller, who will discuss how the gold-medal mindset leads to victory, whether at the Olympic Games, in an exhibition hall or a boardroom. Meetings Quest in Atlantic City will continue with a luncheon and an afternoon appointment-based expo. The event will conclude with a drawing for cash prizes and a Departure Lounge, where attendees will have a final opportunity for business networking.

“We pride ourselves on providing the most relevant and robust programming at Meetings Quest,” said Timothy Schneider, president and CEO of Schneider Publishing, which publishes Association News and organizes Meetings Quest. “Meetings Quest in Atlantic City is no exception. We look forward to giving attendees all of the tools they need to succeed.”
