Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau named a sales assistant for its Convention Development Department.
Effective immediately, Chris Bumann will coordinate leads, collect hotel responses, create bid books and organize site visits for clients as part of his job duties. He will also assist three convention sales managers in their goal to seek out and secure conventions in Louisville.
Before earning this new position, Bumann worked as a part-time assistant in the Bureau’s Tourism Development Department since October 2012. Previously, he worked at Horseshoe Southern Indiana in special events and entertainment.
Bumann graduated from University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
