India Association Congress (IAC) 2015 is bringing together association leaders and stalwarts from various industries. They have supported and contributed tremendously to the success of the India-based conference. For the first time in IAC history, the Association Excellence Award 2015 will be delivered to an invaluable contributor to the sector. The awards will be presented at a gala evening as part of the 5th India Association Congress on Aug. 21 at The Lalit Ashok, Bengaluru, India. The award categories to include:
Association Category: 1. Best Association Award, 2. Best Innovation, 3. Best Use of Social Media, 4. Best PR campaign, 5. Best Social Impact, 6. Best International Chapter
Individual Category: 7. Best Association Leadership, 8. Hall of Fame
IAC also is introducing a ‘meeting design’ element for the first time in its history. Through his sessions, Mike Van Der Vijver, an international meeting designer and co-author of ‘Into the Heart of Meeting,’ will be sharing meeting techniques to make meetings more effective. There are also two exclusive workshops for associations and corporates.

This conference is always known for content intriguing topics to make it a great learning, while we network with counterparts from other associations and exchange best practices. We also recognized the need of making ‘ meetings’ more effective and engagement oriented and introduced ‘Meeting Design element’ for the first time in Indian Conference history,” said Prasant Saha, chairman, India Association Congress.
About 200 plus association leaders representing various industry segments, such as R&D, academia, and medical, have confirmed their participation in IAC. A chief guest of IAC is Professor Rajeev Gowda, MP, and Prof Ajay Sood and several prominent speakers and guests will deliver the keynote.
