Fixation Marketing announced the exciting addition of a young solar industry tradeshow, PV America, to its impressive roster of tradeshow marketing campaigns. Fixation looks forward to re-launching the annual show, which will return April 3-5, 2011, after a postponement of the 2010 expo.

Global Experience Specialists (GES), a provider of exhibition, event and retail marketing services, announced they have been selected by Penton Media (PM) as its official service contractor for Natural Products Expo West, Natural Prodects Expo East, SupplyExpo and Natural MarketPlace. In addition, PM has renewed its contract with GES for 12 existing shows including Waste Expo, Club Industry National, International Wireless Communications Expo and LDI. The new agreement begins in 2011 and runs through 2013.

Semicon and InterSolar opened Tuesday, July 13, and ran through Thursday, July 15. Semicon, in the South Hall of the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, was noticeably smaller than in previous years. InterSolar, on the other hand, was much larger. A Freeman employee commented that the amount of inbound freight weight substantiated my observations.
