Hill & Partners teams up with Louis Garneau for Interbike 2013

Hill & Partners, Inc., a full-service exhibit house currently celebrating its 18th year in business, partnered with Louis Garneau to again bring the innovator in the world of cycling to Interbike 2013, held Sept. 18-20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The creative team at Hill & Partners designed and managed a 40×50 rental branded environment in which to showcase Louis Garneau’s wide ranging product line, including bicycle frames, biking apparel and shoes.

Partnering closely with the marketing staff at Louis Garneau, the full service brand team at Hill & Partners met the challenge of creating a distinctive branded environment through the use of slat walls and mannequins to display products.

“We’re proud of the design we created for Louis Garneau and the attention it received at this premier industry tradeshow,” said Rick Lenz, account manager, Hill & Partners, Inc. “This was a true team effort for Hill & Partners from account management to design and sales – we all worked together to make the project a success for the client.”

The spacious property was the perfect vehicle for a dramatic main tower to showcase the Louis Garneau high-end bicycle frames. Bold graphics emblazoned on the tower in addition to three-dimensional visuals incorporating the Louis Garneau brand logo gave the branded environment an added pop of appeal.

A private area located to the rear of the exhibit provided a quiet and comfortable space for company representatives to hold meetings. The translucent tube and fabric structure also allowed Louis Garneau personnel an opportunity to present clothing and shoe samples that were displayed on bar tables and stools.

“This was our first year teaming up with Hill & Partners for Interbike,” said Heidi Myers, public relations and marketing coordinator, Louis Garneau USA Inc. “From design to setup and dismantle facilitation, we were extremely happy and look forward to working with them in the future.”
