Hill & Partners Announces Three Promotions and Two New Hires

amyconneryHill & Partners, a full-service provider for Branded Environments, announces the promotion of Amy Connery to director of culture and talent. As part of Hill & Partners’ initiative of collaboration and expansion, Connery’s primary responsibilities are fostering cultural growth and development with the internal team, setting the organization up for success.

Connery began her career more than 8 years ago at Hill & Partners. In this time, she has been the cultural ambassador of the organization and go-to support system for employees. Her role and influence within the leadership group has given way to a natural transition to direct the impact of culture and performance within Hill & Partners, as well as with its clients.

Connery resides in Hanover, Mass., with her husband Bryan and their two boys. She enjoys outdoor adventure with her family when she’s not making a difference at Hill & Partners.

“Joe coined the phrase, ‘Our People Become Your People,’ and as an organization, we’ve embodied this as a philosophy,” said President and CEO Michael McMahon. “Joe and the Account Management department he leads truly act as an extension of all our clients’ teams.”

Brosnan started out as an account manager, spearheading such accounts as Samsonite and Stanley Tools. Prior to his career at Hill & Partners, he spent fifteen years working in tradeshow and event management. When he isn’t traveling the world for his clients, you can find him riding his motorcycle through Marshfield, where he lives with his wife Dee and their two boys.

In her new roles, Crowley will coordinate event-specific projects and provide financial assistance and make sure everything between both departments runs smoothly.

“One of the most rewarding things about building a team is to see people achieving goals and moving their careers forward,” said McMahon. “Whitney has always had clear intentions to make a difference within our event offering, and with her expanded role, we’re excited to see her take it on.”

Crowley has more than fifteen years of experience in the trade show and events industry. She continues to be the main project contact on Catalyst, an E-commerce industry event, since our involvement in 2014. Her ability to multitask and her attention to every detail ensure that each event is executed flawlessly. As Billing Manager, Crowley provides daily financial assistance and is the first point of contact for all billing related matters. She resides in Hanson, Mass., with her husband and two children.

Hill & Partners has also recently welcomed two new members to their account management and marketing teams.
