Group Delphi, an exhibit design and production house, announced the promotion of its Fort Wayne, Ind., general manager as the company’s chief financial officer.
Matt Fortney has successfully led the growth of the company’s 200,000 square foot high-tech manufacturing and logistics facility in Fort Wayne. He originally started with the company as a cost accountant in 1998.
Fortney has deep ties to his local and professional communities. He is a board member and vice president of the membership for the Financial Executives International (FEI) chapter of Fort Wayne, Board Secretary for the Fort Wayne Business Forum as well as the current president of the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association Midwest Chapter.
In 2009, Fortney was recognized by Exhibit City News as a “40 under 40” industry professional. In his new capacity as Group Delphi’s CFO, Fortney is working to push hard on the company’s aggressive growth plan as it takes on large-scale projects with the likes of Pixar and Nike.
