Group Delphi appoints senior executive for client growth

Group Delphi, an exhibit design and production house, made another key addition to its leadership team.

The company appointed sales and marketing executive, Brett Powell as its senior vice president, Client Growth and Development.

Since Powell hails from outside of the exhibits industry, the company intends to leverage his fresh perspective to further its commitment to growth and to its clients. This follows recent news of the appointments of senior executives in marketing and operations.

He brings a successful track record of improving businesses results via a keen operational focus on increasing productivity, optimizing client satisfaction and revenue, and building winning cultures. Leveraging his broad expertise in sales, marketing, and management, Powell has built and scaled several businesses and has achieved numerous successful exits.

Prior to joining Group Delphi, he served as vice president of sales and marketing for Creative Channel Services, a retail and brand marketing services company, where he led business development, account management, partnerships, and marketing.

He has more than 15 years of experience, during which time he has held executive leadership roles where he was responsible for growing businesses from early-stage startups to successful acquisitions. As general manager of MarketTools, a market research and analytics venture capital startup, Powell led the company from under $1 million to more than $75 million in revenues, and managed a team of 100 people across five international offices.

Powell received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Washington, Seattle.
