At Expo! Expo! 2014, the action-oriented creative concept, “GO & BE,” is a call to action for industry professionals to attend International Association of Exhibitions and Events’ (IAEE) annual meeting and exhibition for show organizers, exhibitors and suppliers, to be held Dec. 9-11 at Los Angeles Convention Center.
With attendance expected to grow in Los Angeles, this year’s theme encourages attendees to “Be original. Be daring. Be ahead of the curve.” in order to keep themselves and their events on the leading edge.
Interactive sessions featuring cutting-edge ideas and encouraging engagement are available both for the novice and the experienced executive with social interactions for show organizers, young professionals, women, first-timers, new members and chapter leaders.
Attendees have access to more than 100 offerings toward earning professional development hours for recertification of the CEM designation or other industry certifications such as the CAE, CMP or CMM.
Interactive Mega Rooms include GO & BE Inspired, focused on motivation and influence; GO & BE Global for international business; GO & BE Connected on technology or networking; GO & BE Empowered, focused on effectiveness and potential; GO & BE Informed, concentrating on trends and direction; and GO & BE Renewed, Refreshed and Rejuvenated, where attendees can unwind, relax and network with the Go & Be Renewed, Refreshed, and Rejuvenated areas featuring poster sessions, charging stations, refreshment breaks, member services, Swim Up TECHbar and complimentary massages.
