As the market for cloud-based digital services continues to explode, global industry association TM Forum has unveiled the scope and format of its all-new event slated at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in Calif. Oct. 28-31.

Aimed at helping businesses conquer challenges and seize opportunities in the digital world, Digital Disruption 2013 addresses challenges facing service providers in reducing cost and risk, improving market retention and growth, and driving new digital-services revenue.

“We’ve designed Digital Disruption 2013 to mirror the way businesses and technologies intertwine, allowing delegates to discuss but also interact with software, tools and best practices that can help them exploit the opportunities that the digital world is creating,” said Keith Willetts, chairman, TM Forum. “By locating the conference in Silicon Valley, our attendees are at the center of the action.
