ConventionPlanit.com, a popular registration-free online search directory, is partnering with the ASAE Convene Green Alliance (CGA) to help inform meeting professionals about the many opportunities to do business with environmentally friendly meeting destinations and properties.

ConventionPlanit.com is providing online ads for CGA, promoting and covering its events, posting press releases on its website, and offering discounted listings for CGA corporate members. CGA is providing visibility to ConventionPlanit.com on its website, in its newsletter, and at its events.

Los Angeles CVB advertises the features of its LEED-certified convention center on ConventionPlanit.com. Visit Milwaukee talks about how it offers “one of the nation’s best park systems alongside one of the world’s largest bodies of fresh water.”

Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort talks about its efforts to improve wildlife habitat and water quality to resort-wide recycling programs and a groundbreaking effort to clean up heavy metals contaminating the American Fork River.

Turf Valley Resort in Maryland uses ConventionPlanit.com to publicize its status as a Certified Maryland Green Travel Partner.

ConventionPlanit.com also has a “Green Meetings” page under Planning Resources/Meeting Tools that contains a wealth of resources and links to learn more about green meetings.
