Connections Housing Duo Celebrates 30 Years of Excellence

kris-sieradzkinancyhallbergConnections Housing’s 30th anniversary is coming up in October. The two women team of Nancy Hallberg (at left)and Kris Sieradski (right) met while working in the Atlanta hotel industry in 1986.

“Connections was born in a closet,” says co-owner Nancy Hallberg. Today the meeting planning and housing management company works 250 events a year and has 90 employees with offices in Atlanta, Washington D.C and Las Vegas

COO Brad Weaber says “I’ve been in the meetings and hospitality industry for over 30 years and until I joined Connections I had never reported to a woman. Knowing Nancy and Kris, I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Connections has a 98% retention rate. Why do clients stick with them? “Do you know the saying, ‘Dance with the one that brung ya?’ Well that applies to our business,” adds Weaber. Joe Corley’s Battle of Atlanta came to them back in 1986 and has been a client ever since.

What’s the best thing a client can say to them? “I love hearing them say, ‘I had no idea it could be this good. Thank you’.”
