Colt Group founder earns CTSM

Another member of the tradeshow industry joined other top professionals by completing EXHIBITOR’s Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) accreditation program, the only university-affiliated certification program in the tradeshow and event marketing industry.

Wilson has successfully accomplished all of the CTSM program requirements: a 28-course core curriculum, a comprehensive examination and acceptance of a Candidate Portfolio. Wilson will be recognized as one of the new CTSM graduates at the annual awards ceremony at EXHIBITORLIVE in March.

“By completing the most comprehensive and challenging program offered in the tradeshow and events industry, I could assist our clients in achieving a maximum return on their tradeshow and corporate event investments. It has taken a bit longer for me to complete; sometimes life just gets in the way. With the support of friends, family and colleagues, I was able to complete the program with pride and excellence!” said Wilson.

Wilson is known in the industry as a marketing leader and strategic planner. She has a solid track record for developing initiatives that promote three-dimensional events as powerful sales and communications tools both domestically and international. These integrated marketing and corporate event programs have provided measurable success for the Colt Group’s clients in the pharmaceutical, software & hardware, consumer and financial services arena.

She achieved a B.A. in Management, with a Marketing Concentration, from Seattle Pacific University, and currently is pursuing an MBA at Saint Martin’s University. Wilson will graduate in May.
