The Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) has hired Jennifer Green as a senior sales manager. Bringing with her a deep breadth of hospitality and tourism experience, Green’s primary markets will be national association, scientific, engineering and environmental meetings. She will be building new and existing client relationships.
“Cincinnati is a captivating city in the midst of a wonderfully unique region,” said Green. “I’ve had the opportunity to experience pieces of that in each of my former positions. This new role will allow me to capitalize on all of the region’s charms to continue bringing in great events and meetings along with the rest of my sales team at the CVB.”
After working for America’s first professional baseball team, the Cincinnati Reds, for more than seven years as director of special events, Green carries with her a portfolio of national and international event experience. She played a critical role in building the special events department into a seven-figure revenue generator for the organization. Previous to her most recent role, she served as guest relations manager for the Reds, director of sales at the Cincinnatian and meeting coordinator for Goyer Management International.
With 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, Green has a diversified background that will help the CVB reach across the board to new audiences and customer bases.
