CEIR selects Vovici software platform for all research

CEIR, the Center for Exhibition Industry Research, announced recently that Vovici, a leading provider of enterprise feedback management solutions, has been selected as the software platform for both internal and member-requested research.

“The board of directors had a vision to not only achieve cost and time efficiencies by insourcing research initiatives, but to develop new revenue streams for the organization,” said Cathy Breden, CAE, CMP, executive director at CEIR. “By creating this new department, we will continue to deliver research reports on trends, best practices and market insights as they relate to the exhibition industry, as well as offer customized research.”

Since 1978 when CEIR was created, it has outsourced all research. The first step to successfully insource this critical business unit was to hire Nancy Drapeau, PRC, as research director. In addition to executing industry studies, Drapeau will now manage custom market research services, which allow companies and organizations the opportunity to leverage a deep level of industry knowledge and expertise to help them achieve their specific business objectives.
