CDS study details data integration user experience

Convention Data Services (CDS), a provider of registration and exhibitor lead management services, released a new case study.

This study introduces the challenge of accomplishing a smooth exchange of real-time data amongst multiple third-party vendors. It examines the benefits of CDS’ seamless integrations that allow for an efficient and accurate exchange.

“This latest CDS study highlights a valuable tool for show managers of associations and for-profit businesses and provides a solution to seamlessly integrate registration and exhibitor services data in real time,” said David Lawton, executive vice president of sales and marketing, Convention Data Services.

American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) shared their experiences in securely integrating their data, with a special focus on their membership and historical meeting data.

“What makes our integrations function so well is that we work with vendors like CDS whom we trust. They are responsive, and we know they will help us work through any issues that may arise,” Kiju deLeon, chief financial officer, ASCRS.
