BlueHive Media Management goes live

On June 23, BlueHive Strategic Environments became the first and only exhibit house to launch a media management agency. Ahead of this announcement, company leaders appointed Amadeus Finlay as director of media and public relations to run this separate entity within BlueHive.

“We want to offer clients complete support, from exhibit design to promotions, with everything catered for in-between. We design graphics, cut the wood, promote the concept, speak to the press, etc.,” stated Finlay. “Clients can choose the services they like or mix and match. Flexibility is part of the beauty.”

BlueHive’s media management agency delivers social media and editorial solutions for existing and potential new clients. Many companies don’t have the time or staff for social media marketing, and hiring a full-time social media manager could cost up to $60,000 a year, according to Finlay. To solve this issue, BlueHive offers social media management at a tenth of the cost.

These services include:

  • Daily interaction on social media platforms
  • Establishment of social media platforms if required
  • Logo and banner graphic design
  • Marketing graphic design
  • Campaign and hashtag generation
  • Writing blog copy
  • Editing existing blog copy
  • Photography and video of products
  • Education on how to use social media

“Paul Hanlon is entrepreneurial and encouraging when hearing an idea. He often sees how a brand can extend what it offers and become more desirable to a customer,” stated Finlay.

The three BlueHive leaders prepared for their new venture by researching the capabilities of traditional media management agencies. They looked at how these services could be specialized and utilized by an exhibit house.

BlueHive’s leaders are now positioning the agency for growth. The company is expected to bring on new staff to support its client roster.
