Balluun, which helps organizers to digitize their tradeshows, launched the “Orders Pro” app. This tool allows vendors and sales reps to take orders on site, in meetings and in person with buyers on an iPad.
In conjunction with the Balluun365 platform, the app makes it possible to carry around one’s own showroom at all times. The social commerce platform Balluun365 is a digital marketplace that makes it possible for exhibitors at tradeshows and wholesale companies to establish digital showrooms, to connect themselves with potential buyers and to conclude transactions directly online on the platform.
On their way at the customer’s place, in their showrooms or at physical events, vendors and sales reps can present their products easily on their iPad and are able to write purchase orders without the hassle of paper while digitizing the order together with the customer.
Moreover, it is possible to share draft purchase orders with potential buyers. If the customer himself is already present with a commerce subscription on the Balluun365 platform, no entering of individual data of the purchaser is necessary because it is already stored via his profile.
A sales rep can easily access his contacts from his account on Balluun 365 through the app or add new buyers and contacts from Orders Pro even while on the go. To submit a purchase order, a single signature on the iPad from the buyer is sufficient while accepting the negotiated terms, similar as if he signed a paper purchase order form.
In the next release scheduled very soon, Orders Pro will provide the ability to sellers to review all orders even on the go. In the near future sellers will be able to view analytical data of over- and under-performing products.
Balluun helps thereby to digitize and facilitate the whole order writing process – from the in person order writing toward order export into the vendors ERP system for production planning and inventory management with the integration option through Balluun365.
