Jon Ellms, vice president, principal, at Access TCA, an independent event marketing organization, and director of the company’s healthcare practice, will speak at the 11th Annual Pharma Forum on Creative Bravery — Innovative Tips for Exhibit Designs and Compliant Engagement. The Pharma Forum is set to take place March 22-25 at Gaylord National Harbor, Md.
“As the healthcare industry continues to undergo changes,” said Ellms, “Event professionals must partner with their creative teams to identify concepts that build engagement and brand experiences.”
The Pharma Forum, which focuses on the opportunities inherent at medical meetings, has added a track for those meeting managers whose responsibilities also include conventions.
“There are nuances to the challenges of compliance and engagement that are unique to the convention environment as opposed to meetings,” Ellms added. “We hope to provide some insights for finding solutions to these challenges as well as talking about best practices across platforms.”
Ellms’ co-presenters include James Vachon, CMM, associate director, events, meetings and conventions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals; and Natalie Norris, CME/H, exhibits manager at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
