Apogee Exhibits and Environments plans to relocate its corporate headquarters in early 2026 and expand into a 112,000-square-foot facility at 101 North Street in Canandaigua, New York, the company said.
The move, anticipated to be completed in spring 2026, will expand manufacturing and fabrication capacity. The new headquarters will include a dedicated 20,000-square-foot exhibit setup and preview area. Apogee said the space will allow the team to stage larger projects for clients.
“Our new space has the capacity to support our growth and allows us to better serve our clients,” Mark Taylor, president and chief executive officer, said. “This building gives us the space to construct larger projects and enhances every aspect of our operations as we continue investing in our future.”
Apogee’s team has grown to 34 employees, adding 20 positions since 2021.
Taylor told Exhibit City News the relocation is part of a broader plan to build depth across the organization. The strategy is to “increase our ‘bench strength’” to provide more focused support and product and strategy solutions for clients, he said.
Taylor said the expansion is designed to shorten lead times by increasing fabrication throughput, including new equipment and additional skilled labor. “Our intentional growth plan includes expanded fabrication capabilities to allow for shorter lead times for our clients,” he said. Investments include “additional CNC machine and additional skilled labor to manage the work,” he added.
Taylor said Apogee’s current primary shop capacity is in Syracuse, New York, in a 20,000-square-foot shop. The new shop space in Canandaigua will “allow us to double that space and manpower,” he said.
Apogee plans an open house ‘later in the Summer’ to showcase the facility, Taylor said.
